About me

I have been practicing law in the Phoenix area since I was admitted to the State bar of Arizona in April of 1979, the last 15 years concentrating on Family Law matters, divorces, modifications of child support and spousal maintenance, changes of custody and establishing paternity and initial child support and parenting time orders. Harry’s prior experience representing clients with bankruptcies and estate planning matters is an invaluable tool in analyzing family law issues.

Raised in Arizona since childhood I attended St. Mary’s high School in Phoenix, and graduated from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff in 1976, and was awarded my Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law in May of 1979, although I completed my degree requirements in December, 1978, and sat for the Arizona Bar in February 1979, being admitted in April.

I am admitted to practice before all Arizona courts, have argued family law matters before judges around the state, and argued before the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One. I am also admitted to practice in the United States bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.

My wife Helen and I have been married nearly 40 years and have three adult sons. I have been active in the Scouting program (all three sons are Eagle Scouts) been active with the Maricopa County Family Law Assistance Program, and an active member of my church.
