Customer review: I hired Mr. Jaffe when it became obvious that the government was investigating me for a serious sexual offense that I didn't committ. Mr. Jaffe told me that although he has handled a few sex related cases in the past, he main focus was DUI. Nevertheless, after warning me, he reluctantly agreed to take my case. The statute of limitations is now up so I can say, without hesitation, that I recommend his services. His low profile and skill level were the exact combination needed to head off charge. Not only did I not have to face charges, but I avoided the stigma of ever having been formally accused.

I used this lawyer a couple of years ago. I found him online, and got a lot of information from his website. He runs a small and very personal office. His paralegal was very helpful too.
I wasn't proud of what I had done, and did a lot of crying to Dan. He was very patient, and listened, and then came back to me with a solution to my case. I will never drive after drinking again, I've learned my lesson. But if you find yourself in this situation, I would highly recommend you give Dan a call. My experience with him is that he is honest and doesn't try to sell you. He was very good in court, and the judges and other lawyers seem to respect him.
