Meenoo Chahbazi

About me

Ms. Chahbazi advocates on behalf of employees with labor and employment law claims.  Ms. Chahbazi has considerable experience litigating employment discrimination and whistleblower lawsuits.  She previously worked as an attorney with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission where she litigated numerous cases on behalf of the Commission to obtain relief for victims of employment discrimination.   She also worked for a class action law firm in Washington D.C. where she litigated class action, False Claims Act, and whistleblower lawsuits.

Ms. Chahbazi graduated from Harvard Law School and attended U.C. Berkeley as an undergraduate.  Prior to beginning her litigation career, she clerked with Chief Justice Dana Fabe at the Alaska Supreme Court and with Judge Lawrence B. Hagel at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Ms. Chahbazi is admitted to the state bar in Arizona, California, Illinois, and the District of Columbia.
