Daniel Mossinghoff representated me in a failure to appear/DUI case that was 28 years old. Although the case was unique Mr. Mossinghoff knew just how to approach it. He had good knowledge of the courts proceedings including the personalities of the Judge and DA in the case. Daniel was professional yet personable. I would highly recommend Daniel Mossinghoff to anyone.
I could not be more thrilled with the outcome that Dan was able to procure for me. It was well beyond my wildest expectations given the overall circumstances. I'm truly grateful that I had him on my side.
Daniel was personable and professional. I felt at ease throughout my trial. He kept me in the loop and was informative. He felt genuine and was kind. Daniel has a passion for what he does and it shows. I must say I was quite happy with his work.
My DUI case was pretty standard. However, being a first time offender of anything I was incredibly overwhelmed, frightened and lost. From the first time I met with Dan, he explained every step of the process, what I needed to do and what he would do for me. He was very open and honest with what to expect from the DMV, courts, and probation. Dan was also very up front with costs, so I never had to worry about what was costing what. His experience and willingness to answer any and every question I had made me feel I had made the right decision to have him represent my case. From the DMV hearing to probation trying to lengthen my sentence, Dan had my back. Dan actually got my sentence shortened, significantly! Even a year after the completion of my sentence and after moving out of the state, the Colorado DMV was still making me jump through hoops. And of course, Dan was still there to guide me through the jungle.
