    • I recommend Zuhair Fanash.
    • I hired Zuhair 1-3 years ago.
    • Zuhair handled my Family matter.
    • I have previously worked with 1-2 lawyers.

Mr. Fanash cared about my family and his work and preparation always showed it. He was always available when I called and responded to my e-mails promptly. His knowledge of family law and his application of the law and explanation always put me at ease and made me feel much better about what is going on with my case.

    • I do not recommend Zuhair Fanash.
    • I hired Zuhair 1-3 years ago.
    • Zuhair handled my Family matter.
    • I have previously worked with 3-5 lawyers.

I gave him an 8,000 retainer, only to call his office, an be informed that he hadn't worked there in 30 days!!! I'm very disappointed in the lack of professionalism an common courtesy displayed by this man! He abandoned me & my family at a time he was desperately needed. Spent a great deal of time conversing with this man about the criticality of his role & he couldn't even have the decency to let folks know he was abandoning his trusted position! VERY UPSET HIS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. .

      Lawyer Comment:

After long deliberation, I gave my two-week’ notice and was planning on calling all of the clients I worked with to discuss with them that I will be leaving the firm. Leaving was not an easy decision, especially for someone with two small children that depended on my income. Once I gave my notice, I was asked to leave without being given the opportunity to call the clients and inform them of the decision I made. I had no way of contacting any of the firm's clients to inform them and prepare them. I called the Colorado Bar Association and was informed that it was the firm's responsibility to call the client and let them know what was going on. You should know that I left the place because it was not a good fit for me and what I wanted to accomplish for my clients. I am sorry that I was unable to reach you before I left. I really wanted to do so for you and the rest of my clients. You deserved to know.
Consider this, why would I work hard to get your business and then leave without taking that business with me? It was because I was forced to and not because I did not care.
