Do to Mr. Kelly believing in myself and my friend we are able to continue moving on with life and everything it may hold.

I met Todd many years ago at the beginning of my lawsuit. I already had an
attorney and we just met with Todd because he had more experience in the
type of lawsuit in which I was pursuing. Although at that time we did not engage
Todd to join our team, we did however watch his progress and his skills in trying
this type of law suit and his success in making a legal road map .
As my case grew closer to trial we invited Todd to join our case. Truthfully we
needed someone with experience in a court room setting against these people and
Todd was the man. I wish I could say he was the lucky one but I am not sure that
that is a true statement. What I can say is that Todd brought a unique and very
welcomed flair to my case. He brought a human side. This was something that
I had not experienced. Todd was truly interested in the impact of the problem.
He was truly interested in me. Not just the numbers my case may or may not
bring in.
Because he was a late comer to my case and had to be brought up to speed on
all the current motions and problems that we faced we spent a great deal of time
together. By doing this we uncovered some strengths and weakness, and were able
to identify risks and more importantly benefits. Throughout this battle there is one
thing in particular that Todd said. He said "give the jurors the key to let her out of her
prison cell,, let them free her and those who came before and who will come after her."
Those were the most amazing words to me. I wish I could share more details however
part of my settlement was to not discuss them. I wish I could have been stronger and let
Todd and my other attorneys play this out in full. I was tired from battle and could do no
more and still survive.
I am not sure if Todd was disappointed with me or not. If he was, he never once showed it.
When I explained that I could not go on anymore, it was okay. The human side never went away.
As far as attorneys go, I feel I had the best. Thank you.

Great guy to work with. Todd was very attentive to our needs and walked us through the process of settling our claim after being injured in an airport shuttle accident and harassed by the insurance company of the shuttle company. Todd knows how to get things done. I would highly recommend him.

My name is Marjorie and I am going on 3 years since being struck and injured by a semi truck. I would never have thought before this, that an incident such as this would be as stressful as it is. I started with attorneys that not only did nothing for me, but also had me get a loan through a loan company for $2000.00 that is now in excess of $11,000.00 and were not even done settling yet. He/the firm sent the initial correspondence letter to the plaintiff addressed to someone else. He/the firm sent the original draft of the letter without making edits even after I sent the law firm corrections to the information in the draft of the letter. He/the firm did not update me as to all responses from the plaintiff. Did not seem motivated to actually help me.

Before I began working with Todd, I spoke with a few different lawyers, all of them were eager to take my case. None of them seemed concerned about me personally. He consistently took the time to talk me through each situation in a straightforward honest manner. I trusted him because he always respected me as a teammate as opposed to just a Client. I believe this benefited our final result. My impression is that such kindness and honesty are unusual in the legal profession. I worked with Todd and Jeff on a fraud case involving a home I purchased. The Kelly Law firm made me feel like family.
