I was assigned my first lawyer in 8/2010. It was taken over by Mr. Kelly in 2013. The moment Mr. Kelly and I met to discuss my case, for the first time, I felt someone cared about me as an individual and the impact my injuries had personally taken in my career and personal life. Mr. Kelly is a very caring individual with a compassionate heart. Mr. Kelly was very prepared to go to trial if need be. After 2 depositions and one mediation, he didn't give up, he kept fighting hard upon my wishes. Towards the end of my case, I knew it was time to agree. I had placed my case and Mr. Kelly in God's hands. I would recommend Mr. Kelly to anyone. If anyone is looking for a tough yet compassionate lawyer, Mr. Kelly is the one. I will be forever grateful to our Lord for blessing me with Mr. Kelly.
Todd Kelly has an outstanding reputation in my books. He believed in me , when no one else would. He gave me respect also when no one else would. And the reason no one else would believe in me or have any respect for me was due to me being a drug addict. But since meeting Todd and all the effort he put in my case , and the mentoring , i have since gotten drug free. He is an EXCELLENT attorney who honestly cares and shows it . If you want to win, Hire Todd Kelly. Thank You Todd!
This review is in regards to my experience working with Todd Kelly. I recommend him highly. Throughout the process he was a friend as well as my lawyer. I appreciate his help more than he will ever understand. We settled the case in mediation so I don't know how he does at trial but I'm sure he would've done a phenomenal job! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Todd. He should be your first choice in Texas for personal injury.
I appreciate the commitment and professionalism of The Carlson Law Firm. This was a very stressful time with the death of my husband. Mr. Todd Kelly returned each call and email very promptly. I would recommend them to anyone seeking legal advice. I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Kelly for helping us.
Do to Mr. Kelly believing in myself and my friend we are able to continue moving on with life and everything it may hold.
I met Todd many years ago at the beginning of my lawsuit. I already had an
attorney and we just met with Todd because he had more experience in the
type of lawsuit in which I was pursuing. Although at that time we did not engage
Todd to join our team, we did however watch his progress and his skills in trying
this type of law suit and his success in making a legal road map .
As my case grew closer to trial we invited Todd to join our case. Truthfully we
needed someone with experience in a court room setting against these people and
Todd was the man. I wish I could say he was the lucky one but I am not sure that
that is a true statement. What I can say is that Todd brought a unique and very
welcomed flair to my case. He brought a human side. This was something that
I had not experienced. Todd was truly interested in the impact of the problem.
He was truly interested in me. Not just the numbers my case may or may not
Because he was a late comer to my case and had to be brought up to speed on
all the current motions and problems that we faced we spent a great deal of time
together. By doing this we uncovered some strengths and weakness, and were able
to identify risks and more importantly benefits. Throughout this battle there is one
thing in particular that Todd said. He said "give the jurors the key to let her out of her
prison cell,, let them free her and those who came before and who will come after her."
Those were the most amazing words to me. I wish I could share more details however
part of my settlement was to not discuss them. I wish I could have been stronger and let
Todd and my other attorneys play this out in full. I was tired from battle and could do no
more and still survive.
I am not sure if Todd was disappointed with me or not. If he was, he never once showed it.
When I explained that I could not go on anymore, it was okay. The human side never went away.
As far as attorneys go, I feel I had the best. Thank you.
Great guy to work with. Todd was very attentive to our needs and walked us through the process of settling our claim after being injured in an airport shuttle accident and harassed by the insurance company of the shuttle company. Todd knows how to get things done. I would highly recommend him.
Mr. Kelly is a down to earth person that treats his clients like family. my wife and i were very impress with him. he's a friendly, approachable, caring man that feels and shows apathy for his clients. we came to call him our friend, which to me is uncommon regarding lawyers. Mr. Kelly is a true professioal and dedicated to his profession. i will recommend him to anyone, anytime the need arises and his help is needed. if i need legal help again, you can be sure i'll
give him a call p.d.q.
My name is Marjorie and I am going on 3 years since being struck and injured by a semi truck. I would never have thought before this, that an incident such as this would be as stressful as it is. I started with attorneys that not only did nothing for me, but also had me get a loan through a loan company for $2000.00 that is now in excess of $11,000.00 and were not even done settling yet. After getting rid of them I was attorneyless and scared to death about what would happen. I found the Raub law firm who I really like, however I think we are 2 different people. Thats not a bad thing but makes it somewhat difficult to understand how things are done and the manner in which to do them. Greg Wills is like a brother to me and I appreciate all that he's done for me. The best thing he could have done is to bring Todd Kelly into my life. The commonalities we share are such blessings. I have been a cowgirl all of my life and have such a forward way of approaching things, and Todd has a bulldog way of doing things that in my book is exactly what this case needed. I have had so many people trying to take advantage of me and Todd put them in their place ( so to speak ) I first met Todd when we had a deposition, I was a nervous wreck and the manner in which he approached things not only put me at ease, but made me realize I was in the very best hands I could be in. He explains things in such a way that I can fully understand it. He answers all my questions, gives me fantastic advice and above all listens to me no matter if the subject matter is emotional or not. It seems as if he actually puts himself into my shoes. He has a way to make whatever situation comfortable, and puts my mind at ease. Regardless of how this case turns out, I am confident that Todd will have done his very best and no one could have done a better job for me. If this goes to trial, I am more than positive that I wouldn't want anyone but Todd Kelly by my side. I will recommend Todd Kelly to anyone and everyone I know or meet who would need and attorney who not only can get the job done right, but also make the experience a whole lot easier to deal with. The only time I have truly felt like I didn't have to worry was when I met Todd, knowing that he was on my side of the table. Attorneys have always had a bad reputation and I personally experienced why. Todd Kelly has restored my faith not only in attorneys, but in people in general. Thanks to Todd, I will get through this horrific experience with some of my nerves still in tact. I think the most important thing an attorney can do for their clients is to put themselves where their client is...and Todd did just that. It is a true pleasure to have Todd as my attorney.
He/the firm sent the initial correspondence letter to the plaintiff addressed to someone else. He/the firm sent the original draft of the letter without making edits even after I sent the law firm corrections to the information in the draft of the letter. He/the firm did not update me as to all responses from the plaintiff. Did not seem motivated to actually help me.
