About me

Susan has been representing people who have been discriminated against or harassed in the workplace as well as those who have been physically injured since 1987.  She is truly committed to standing up against corproations and insurance and believes in the vision of her mentor, Gerry Spence, who runs the Trial Lawyers College that "is committed to the jury system and to representing and obtaining justice for individuals; the poor, the injured, the forgotten, the voiceless, the defenseless and the damned, and to protecting the rights of such people from corporate and government oppression."

Susan has been named a Texas Super Lawyer every year since 2004 and been named a Top Attorney by Fort Worth Magazine each of those years as well.  She was Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1992 and maintained that special certification ever since.  She has tried many lawsuits and won many multi million dollar verdicts all throughout Texas.

Susan is a great trial lawyer, and a joy to work with. She is an outstanding, smart advocate for her clients and I highly endorse her to anyone looking for a labor and employment attorney.

I have worked with Susan Hutchison on several lawsuits and she is amazing. She is incredibly bright, quick on her feet, creative, and tells her clients' stories in a compassionate, compelling way that makes the jury care for her client and want to do justice. She exposes lies and inconsistencies in the defendant's stories with brilliant cross examination of witnesses. She fights hard and is an ethical, caring, and wonderful person. I could not offer any higher endorsement for an attorney. She is truly the best.
