Ron is gracious, hospitable, ensuring your comfort in pleasant surroundings. His knowledge is impressive; his ability to explain complex legal requirements is superb; his attention to detail and provision of materials, copies, services is complete. The supportive staff in the office is efficient and timely in responses and services. When completing a session with Ron Greening, one leaves with more knowledge, confidence, and security, and has in his hands a document/notebook that is priceless.

We met Ron when we first arrived in Georgetown 12 years ago at one of his Seminars. Because we came from out of state, we wanted a reputable estate lawyer to help us update our estate planning to cover Texas laws. We were impressed with his knowledge of estate planning and his willingness to explain the laws in a manner we could understand. We also found him courteous, honest, friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. Ron prepared our new wills and trusts and other important legal papers, such as our HIPPA form, Medical Power of Attorney and Directive to Physicians and Family. We were very pleased with his and his staff’s efficiency to complete the work in a timely manner. Ron continues to keep us informed of changes in the Texas law by his seminars and a yearly client breakfast. Updates or amendments to the family trust have been implemented quickly and efficiently. Ron’s staff is friendly, willing to answer questions and return calls as is Ron. We feel comfortable that our estate is in order and in good hands to protect, not only ourselves, but our family for the future.

Last year, my father fell very ill very quickly, but did not have a will, or any kind of estate plan in place. As my sister and I scrambled to get his affairs in order, we called Mr. Greening to discuss putting together a family trust. Three days after our consultation, my father’s plan was signed. Mr. Greening and his staff stayed late and worked during the weekend to put his plan together, and they even came to the hospital to wrap everything up. A week later, my father passed away. Settling his estate would have been much, much more difficult if it hadn’t been for the hard work of Mr. Greening and the other attorneys at his firm. It’s definitely a service-oriented shop, and I’m grateful to them for their above-and-beyond effort.
