If you are looking for a trustworthy bankruptcy attorney...look no further. After searching for a bankruptcy attorney in the Dallas area I found that he was the quickest to respond compared to the other firms who didn't return my call or web request until days later. I had viewed bankruptcy as such a horrible, embarrassing, and scary ordeal, but Nathan made the entire process easier to go through. Not once did he make me feel pressured into going through with this and after talking to him during my consultation I felt confident it was the right decision for me.

I was stuck paying on debt left over from a divorce trying hard to make things right by making payment arrangements that I would have been stuck paying on for years. Nathan filed my chapter 7 case and several months later I walked away debt free. I no longer have to avoid phone calls or be constantly afraid of being sued. I would definitely recommend Nathan to represent you and your family/friends. I had encountered many hardships (job loss, sick parent and health issues of my own) which signficantly affected me financially. Nathan discussed all the options available to me and was very thorough. He always answered my questions, and quickly. I had been given inaccurate information previously by two previous legal professionals.I didn't want a paper mill legal firm. I wanted someone to guide me through a tough storm.

My home appraisal is approximately $90k less than what I currently owe. Mr. Graham asked me why I wanted to keep it. It financially just doesn't make sense. Mr. Graham is an absolutely amazing professional in his specific area of law. Though I have worked with lawyers in the past this is the first time that I had to seek legal counsel for an issue of this magnitude. I have to admit it was very intimidating to say the least.
