    Once upon a time, I found myself in the unfortunate position of having been charged with public intoxication involving a vehicle. Needless to say, this was very bad for me, professionally, so I immediately retained a lawyer. With that lawyer, I was tangled up in a fight with the system for YEARS. YEARS went by with no resolution, and I ultimately found myself with a warrant out for my arrest.

    I decided it was time for a change, so I hired Ashkan Mehryari after hearing about the good work he had done for my friends. Within ONE MONTH of retaining Ashkan, my warrant was gone and MY PUBLIC INTOXICATION CHARGE WAS COMPLETELY DISMISSED. It was as simple as that.

    There are a lot of lawyers out there who say a lot of things in their advertisements, but I believe actions speak much louder than words. If you hire Ashkan Mehryari, he will work his tail off to achieve the best possible result for you.

    I was recommended to Ash by a personal friend regarding a DWI. During our first conversation he said "the case is actually won before you ever go to court" which was clearly the right strategy. Having a strong judiciary network was key in negotiating very favorable terms and accelerating the process and I'm thankful that Ash was there to represent me. I'll be using M&A again and highly recommend him and his firm for any legal needs.

    Ashkan is a sharp, hardworking lawyer. More than that, however, he actually cares about his clients. Even though he has a busy caseload, he took the time to talk to me about my case and explain to me precisely what was going on and how he was going to win. And winning is really what Ashkan is all about. He may not say it out loud, but I can just tell that he hates losing. As far as I am concerned, there is no other young advocate in the entire state of Texas that is as hardworking or sharp as Ashkan Mehryari. If I ever need to hire an attorney again, it will be Ashkan.
