Description:Former attorney failed to provide sufficient evidence to support Extreme Hardship claim. USC husband and child were separated from wife/mother after the consulate refused her a visa to return to the United States. USC spouse consulted with me and we learned that he was a state licensed professional and he would suffer extreme hardship if he was required to relocate to Mexico where his job skills could not be utlized. In addition, the daugher developed health issues due to the separation from the mother. Expert reports with regard to job placement, health and safety reports were supplemented and the Waiver refiled.
