Outcome: successfully mediated claims of over 90 plaintiffs

Description: More than 90 residents of a rental community in Atlanta filed a putative class action lawsuit seeking damages for alleged exposure to mold. After defeating class certification, conducting extensive discovery and eliminating a number of the plainitffs' claims at summary judgment, a comprehensive mediation was held at which all claims were settled for a fraction of the amount demanded, saving the clients in excess of $1M.
