Outcome: Termination of Parental Rights

Description: A client came to me after being represented by other attorneys and representing herself. The father of her child had received custody of their young son by default. I was able to vacate the default and get custody back for her. Six months later the father voluntarily agreed to terminate his parental rights in an adoption proceeding with client's new husband.
