This censure goes back to 1997-- fifteen years ago-- when I failed to make two court appearances while on my way to the hospital. My partner failed to cover the court appearances, as he promised, and I was disciplined. Such minor discipline should not be highlighted without an explanation, especially in circumstances such as this. less
