State of Wisconsin v. Jamie Zillmer

Outcome: Dismissed

Description: Jamie was charged with DUI but the police did not see him drive. He made it home, and was accused of fighting with his girlfriend. The police were called but the only proof they had of the DUI were his admissions. We filed a motion to suppress his statments and prevailed. The district attorney dismissed the DUI charge.
