Outcome: $321,501 verdict following trial

Description: My client had an extensive pre-accident medical history which made the trial very difficult. We brought his therapists into the courtroom and had them perform their therapies on my client right in front of the fact-finder. We were able to show that the injuries from the auto-accident were not pre-existing conditions. The court reporter commented that it was one of the most moving presentations by a plaintiffs attorney that she had ever seen in that courtroom.
