Thank you for taking a moment to find out a little more about me. I have been representing seriously injured people since 1985. My professional career started as a Registered Pharmacist in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania after attending the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University School of Pharmacy.
After practicing pharmacy for two years, I saved enough money to help pay my way through law school. So it was off to Michigan where I attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While in law school I was hired as a part time law clerk by Church, Wyble, Kritselis & Robinson, PC. When I graduated and passed the Michigan Bar Exam in 1985, the firm offered me a full time opportunity and in 1990 I became a shareholder/partner.
I was recently named in the 2009 edition of Best Lawyer's In America, which is the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession.
At Church Wyble, we only represent seriously injured people who have been hurt in car crashes, as a result of medical malpractice by a doctor, hospital, or pharmacist, or if you have been denied benefits by an insurance company. Know your rights, let us help you protect them.

I've met many attorneys in Michigan. Very few seem to have a passion for the law like David and his partners. David lives and dies with his clients. Attorneys who are successful in the personal injury practice are attorneys who choose the field, not to make money, but to make a difference. Of course, by first making a difference, you subsequently do financially well. David is one of those guys. You can tell from the minute you meet him that he is passionate about what he does. Others go through the motions. David will go to bat. I can count on one hand the other attorneys in Michigan who I feel the same way about. In other words, he's pretty unique.

I've known David Mittleman since I first graduated from law school and began practicing in Lansing, Michigan in 1993. He is an excellent attorney whose dedication to his client's cause is unparalled. He is the type of attorney that Judges and fellow attorneys refer their client's to because they know they are in excellent hands with David.
