I had a great experience working with Ms. Ellie, she answered all my questions and was very accommodating and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend her and would not hesitate to hire her again in the future.
Mrs Elisheva G. Mosko helped me on a case I had no hope for (adjustment of status related to domestic violence/mental abuse) due to ex husband who intentionally made me illegal in a foreign country with no friends or family. If I am where I am and independent: I owe it to her. She is a very knowledgeable, so responsive, honest, very encouraging and friendly lawyer with demonstrated skills to represent a case. I did not have to worry about anything because she kept me informed of everything compared to my experience with other lawyers. I don't remember a single time of stress while working with her, she is to be trusted. She is prompt to respond to questions and provide updates when needed. She still keeps in touch until after my status was adjusted. I strongly recommend her and I am looking forward to working with her again in the future. She is great, such an excellent lawyer. Thanks Ellie
Mrs. Ellie G Mosko is an accomplished and successful attorney who not only walked me through my case but also taught me the terminology necessary to present my case. My case got approved in the shortest period of time due to Mrs. Mosko’s hard work and dedication. I came to the States in 2010 with a bunch of problems that were taken for granted. I still thought I would return to my country until early 2012 as I have indicated this in an interview for a newspaper. However, in 2012, I decided to petition for a political asylum but the deadline for submission of an asylum application had already passed. In addition, I was desperate because I had financial limitations and didn’t think I would be able to cover the costs for my petition. I, therefore, decided to look for gratuitous legal advice and that’s how I came across Justice For Our Neighbors (JFON). After making an appointment, I was then introduced to Mrs. Ellie Mosko.
Mrs. Mosko warmly welcomed me and explained every single step of the process with great details and eloquent sentences. She basically interpreted every legal terminology into plain everyday English for me and broke down all of the phases of the process from ground zero. She did not leave any point that I did not understand and was very receptive to answer as many questions as I had. Unlike my desperate entrance to JFON, I left Mrs. Mosko’s office with great hope for success and started working on my affidavit. She walked me through every single sentence of my affidavit which was six thousand and one hundred and four words long. We had regular electronic communication and biweekly meetings to go over my case and supporting evidence. We worked on my case for about two months until finally we submitted my application. I received a tremendous amount of support from Mrs. Mosko during my interview, which I believe it significantly contributed to the approval of my case. Fortunately, my case was approved after six months.
There were at least three important things in Mrs. Mosko’s work methodology which brought about the success of my case. First, she was extremely organized, from explanation of the whole process to asking for documents, managing the copies for all the parties, and meeting the deadlines. She always mailed me a copy of whatever she submitted to immigration office. Secondly, she was dedicated, and she delivered whatever she promised with great rapport. Finally and most importantly, she was a very understanding attorney to work with and always made sure I understand where we were standing in the process and where we were heading. I really appreciate her understanding of my transportation difficulties and setting the appointments as per my convenience.
In short, it was a positive experience working with Mrs. Mosko and I could not be more satisfied with her professional knowledge and skills. I am indebted to all the assistance I have received from her and I cannot thank her enough for what she has done. In one simple sentence, she is an excellent attorney and I definitely recommend her.
Eli was great right from the beginning to the interview with immigration, she kept us informed as the case progressed and was there for us when we had questions. She showed genuine intrest in our case. Eli was exactly what we were looking for, very proffesional and knowledgeable.
Ms. Mosko was recommended by another attorney to handle an immigration case for my spouse. From the first day of her representation, Ellie was helpful, friendly, and caring for our issue. She provided knowledgeable service and worked relentlessly in obtaining a positive outcome for our issue. Ellie also had us feel as if this was a 'personal issue' with her, which made our meetings with her less worrisome. We were able to contact Ellie directly at any time of the day, which to my spouse and I, was very important. Ellie also kept us informed on her personal issues, such as when she would be unavailable, or leaving on vacation, or impending news of her marriage and other issues. This was most important to us, as it showed to us that she wanted us to know when it would be the best times for contact with her, and that she was not 'leaving us in the dark'. Ellie never missed an appointment, or canceled on us at the last minute. In handling the issue at hand, Ellie was very confidant that we would succeed, and assured us of a positive outcome to our case. She never showed any pessimism in the outcome of our case, and never told us she "didn't know what to do". Ellie worked through the maze of paperwork required for our case with ease, and handled any problems with the government efficiently. When our case ended up favorable, Ellie celebrated with us. She did not move on and leave us alone in celebrating our happiness. Our gratitude in Ellie's professionalism, knowledge of the issue at hand, and openness with us cannot be expressed in this review. We were completely satisfied, and would highly recommend Ellie to other prospective clients. Ellie will forever be remembered within our family, and our respect and gratitude for her service will always be there in our lives. Thank you Ellie.
Ms. Elisheva G Mosko worked with me to get the U-visa. She was a great lawyer, she was supporting me, updating me with all details and following my case until I got the U visa for me and my two daughters. I recommend Ms. Elisheva as an exellent lawyer after working together to get my status. She is very smart, organized, and always in contact with the her client. She repersented my case very strongly and still keeps in contact with me even after I got my status.
