A few months back, I was pulled over and charged with drinking and driving. I contacted Ken and his partner Joe Hada and we scheduled a meeting a few days later. They were both very knowledgeable about OVI charges and they talked me through what would occur during the remainder of my case. During my court dates they showed nothing but professionalism and really made me feel like I was in good hands. When all was said and done they worked to get my OVI charge dropped to a Reckless Operation. I couldn't have been happier. If you really want a lawyer who is kind, honest, and most of all, a professional, hire Ken Bossin.

Mr. Ken Bossin and his partner, Joseph Hada, represented me for my OVI case these past 6 months. This has been a trying time in my life not due solely to the amount of time elapsed, but also the uncertainty of the potential ramifications for my medical career. Through their careful guidance and strong representation, my charges were reduced from an OVI to reckless operation, a minor misdemeanor, with no license suspension. An OVI case is no joke; without bringing up the highly damaging consequences to a career or life, if one is convicted, the process of the case itself is a veritable maze. You need proper, up-to-date, and experienced representation on your side. Ken Bossin is such an attorney and more. Other than the fact that he actually teaches other lawyers about Ohio OVI law at continuing legal education seminars, he has a burning desire to see his clients receive the correct representation that they deserve. Ken is an attorney who stays on top of constant changes in the system, isn't afraid to do the legwork necessary to maximize efficiency, and passionate about giving you the best defense while at the same time making sure you have all your questions answered down to the last minutiae. With this ordeal finished, I am truly grateful for having found an individual who had only my best interests at heart. Now, I am able to move on with my career. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, you would only be doing yourself a disservice if you did not choose an attorney as well prepared as him.

I had excellent results with Ken Bossin. I had too much to drink in downtown Cleveland, rode the RTA rapid back to the green road train station, fell asleep in my car. Cops took me in. Only had to have one meeting with atty Bossin, he is a straight-talker, plain simple English. He handled all the rest of the communication with prosecutor/court, kept me informed by email. On court date, all charges were dismissed with no court costs - I didn't even talk to the judge. Couldn't have gone better. If you get in DUI trouble, this is the guy. Reasonable cost too.

Mr. Bossin represented me almost 10 years ago for vehicular assault a fourth degree felony. Due to certain circumstances my case was unfairly sentenced and Mr Bossin was able to bring it before an appeals court quickly so I did not have to serve unnecessary time. When in front of the court Mr Bossin presented himself in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. I recently went in front of the court system to seal my record and I called Mr Bossin to represent me. Mr Bossin's dissertation explained everything that I have accomplished since my last appearance in the court room. With his help I can now close a chapter in my life and start a new chapter with my family. Thank you for everything Ken Bossin.

He is the most knowlegable attorney around w regards to DUI law. He made fantastic discoveries and essentially made my case which seemed impossible disappear. If and I hope it never happens, but if you are charged with a DuI , he is the only attorney to hire.

Excellent attorney. I have never been in trouble before and never been arrested for anything. I recently got a DUI with two other tickets. I contacted Ken Bossin and that was the best move I made. Ken Bossin not only is an excellent attorney, he is a kind and hard working attorney. He worked diligently to get my DUI reduced to reckless driving in a County that never reduce or drop a DUI charge.He also was able to get the other tickets dismissed.He kept me informed and was ALWAYS available to speak with me about any questions or concerns I had regarding my case.There is NO DOUBT...Ken Bossin is an excellent attorney.

I would definitely recommend Ken Bossin. I hired Ken Bossin after being arrested for a OVI. I was in a bad situation, I had past OVI convictions. He was there for me every step of the way and I followed every direction he gave me.This not only benefited me in the courtroom, but continues to benefit me today. I found a way to change my lifestyle,so this doesn't happen again.Ken Bossin is very respected in the courts and with his peers. I know that if I had a different attorney, my case would have ended a lot differently . The outcome was better than I ever expected. Ken Bossin represented me as a person, not just a client. You definitely want him by your side walking into the courtroom.

I was stuck with a block on my license from 13 year ago for underage drinking from Pa. I was told by 12 other lawyers that there was nothing they could do. I found Mr. Bossin and he was able to get the block off my license so I could get my license renewed. All I have to say is thank you soo very much
I got just want I wanted.... dismissed!

Sometimes the best way to do something is subtle and not aggressive. Older, experienced people know this. Ken showed me the true power of his wisdom and experience. With patience, and tolerance, my DUI was deservedly dismissed.
