Mr. Jenkins assisted me with clearing up a traffice citation and was extremely knowledgeable, easy to get in touch with for information and updates, and affordable as well. I would highly recommend him and will most definitely be using his services in the future if I ever need representation in traffic court again.
I post this review on behalf of myself and my son. Jim Jenkins was recommended to us. We knew he had experience as an A.D.A. but nothing else. Through what became a myriad of issues, not the least of which were serious breaches of proper police protocol, Mr. Jenkins was a hero. He understood how helpless we felt, he acted with great efficiency, put us at ease, and in the end provided us with a favorable outcome. Though my son endured a small stay in the county jail, Mr. Jenkins kept in touch and even visited him twice to make sure he was OK. His concern and humanity went above and beyond anything he had been paid for. We enthusiastically recommend him. Great attorney, even greater human being. Rare in the world today.
Recent used Mr. Jenkins for traffic citation following an accident and ended up with a very satisfactory outcome. Would highly recommend
Mr. Jenkins was very thorough and helpful. He is personable and knows what to do to help his clients. He gets back to his clients right away when you send an e-mail to him. I would highly recommend him!
Jim has been one of the best attorneys I have had the privilege of using. He is very responsive and knows his limits and thus when to refer you to another expert in the specialized field you need. He is generous of time and takes the trouble to find other contacts to help his areas of expertise as needed.
Traffic Citation: This was a truly a quality experience. Mr. Jenkins guided me through the entire process and was smoothly able to get my issue resolved. I highly highly recommend Mr. Jenkins. He is truly the best and represents a higher caliber of attorney.
Jim was incredibly helpful through all courses of my case. I'd assumed I could handle it on my own, but after my first day in court realized that certainly wasn't the case. So much for watching a lot of Law and Order, right?
Everything from our initial consultation through the settlement with the DA's office was as smooth as could be. He made himself available via phone, text, e-mail; I really got the feeling that he was actively working for me and I wasn't just a number.
Even after everything was settled, I got what was basically a guided tour of what I needed to do; he came with me to pay fines, register with the clerk and explained everything every step of the way. He'd already done his job - and done it extremely well - but wasn't satisfied until he knew I was absolutely, comprehensively understanding of what was left of my case.
Even today he spoke with me, though the case is over, just to answer a small question I had about documentation from the court and told me that if I needed anything to feel free to contact him.
I'd like to say I'll never need him in the future, but if I ever do need an attorney, I know exactly who I'm going to call.
I know this sounds like a commercial or something, but I'm honestly just surprised and a bit baffled that someone would work this hard for an issue (relatively speaking) this small when I know he's got to have a ton of other clients.
I have been down the traffic-court road far too many times (if you excuse the pun) and have had just as many lawyers. I am used to being ignored by most of them until ten seconds before walking up to podium to appeal to the judge. JAMES JENKINS IS NOT THAT KIND OF LAWYER. I was first amazed that he was the only lawyer that ever started our first conversation by giving me his personal cell phone number to call if needed him. He returned ALL of my calls (and even texts) promptly and I NEVER FELT RUSHED or talked down too. When it came time to represent me in court, his prolific negotiations turned my TWO TICKET case into a small fine I had to pay with no points or classes. Yes, I am aware that ALL cases are NOT the same but I do know that if Mr. Jenkins didn't have the knowledge that he had (i.e. the Judge's Track-Record, The Officers involved and the specifics of my case) things would have gone very poorly for me. Thanx to Jim, they did not and I highly recommended him to anyone who needs an attorney. I hope I never see him again (lol) but if I do happen to need an attorney again (please God I hope not) I will call Jim without hesitation.
Worked hard for me 24/7. Has excellent communication, people and networking skills. Confident and comforting demeanor throughout the process. His winning attitude is infectious.
My son received a ticket while he was home for a visit from USF for "out of state tag and plate." He had recently purchased a car from Utah and he paid for the tag and title there. He would get a Florida tag and plate when it came up for renewal. This is a Criminal offense which required him to go to court. The date he was to appear was approaching and he realized he had mid term tests all that day in Tallahassee, making it impossible for him to appear. We tried unsuccessfully multiple times to reschedule the court date. I called Jim Jenkins the day before his scheduled date, he met with me that afternoon . Jim appeared on my sons behalf the next day. Was I surprised when he called me and told me everything was ok AND we was able to get the prosecutor to drop the charges! Needless to say , I highly recommend Mr. Jenkins!!
