I am not surprised that Mr. Gallagher has been admonished by the Bar for his actions. My experience with him being negative is an understatement. I do not recommend using his services.

They helped me with my foreclosure case. I was so impressed with how prepared and caring everyone there was. I was so scared that I would loose my house, but they knew just what to do. They did not back down from my bank and even took the offensive. If I ever need an attorney, I am going to call them.

Charles Gallagher helped my husband and I on a case where we needed to have some grades changed from a local Christian School that had been intentionally posted incorrectly. He listened with enthusiasm to our case and even though it may have been a small issue to some people, he realized that it was important to us and took the time to draft several letters to make sure that the school understood that their behavior was unacceptable. Even when it seemed that the school didn't want to budge, he still aggressively coerced them into agreement. When the school's attorneys tried to bully us into settling for less than we originally presented he refused and would not give in to their tactics. Charles is a gentle, caring person, but, an aggressive, professional attorney who will not quit until he gets what he wants. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal services. I don't know what we would have done without his help.

I had to consult Charles witnh an accident claim. He explained everything very thoroughly, what his charges would be, what he thought we coud claim etc. At the moment the claim is still proceeding but I feel confident he will do the best he can for me.

I was most impressed with his candor, diligence and services.
