Estate Planning 20%

One of the most important steps you can take. Proper estate planning puts you in charge of your finances and can spare your loved ones of the expense, delay and frustration associated with managing your affairs when you pass away or become disabled.

20%
Probate 17%

When a loved one passes away, his or her estate often goes through a court-managed process called probate or estate administration where the assets of the deceased are managed and distributed.

17%
Trusts 10%

A Living trust is an important estate planning tool for individuals, married couples and domestic partners. A trust is a legal document that is created to hold and manage your assets during life and then distribute the assets to your beneficiaries.

10%
Child Custody 5%

The concept of a parenting plan has replaced prior notions of "child custody," "visitation," and "primary parent." In developing the parenting plan, the parties should be guided by what is in the best interests of the child.

5%
Divorce and Separation 5%

In a marriage, a couple’s finances, debts and assets are intrinsically entwined. Deciding how they will be divided are critical financial and legal issues. When children are involved, far more challenging personal questions must be answered.

5%
Marriage and Prenuptials 5%

When there are significant assets and/or liabilities in existence on the marriage date, or other concerns during the marriage, persons may want to enter into a prenuptial agreement outlining their specific rights and responsibilities to one another.

5%
Wills and Living Wills 5%

A will is a legal document that allows you to name an executor for your estate and to distribute your assets to your named beneficiaries. A living will allows you to specify end-of-life decisions and name an agent to make health care decisions.

Family litigation can be a difficult and costly event for families. Dedicated to seeking constructive resolution of family disputes and conflicts by first exploring all alternatives to litigation, including non-adversarial collaborative law process.

Child Support 3%

In Florida, each parent is responsible for supporting their children whether the child lives with them or not. Florida law calculates child support using specific criteria to determine which parent will receive the support, which parent will pay.

Guardianship 1%

If you become mentally disabled before you die, the probate court will appoint someone to take control of your assets and personal affairs. These “court-appointed agents” must file a strict accounting of your finances with the court.

Amazing lawyer

I highly recommend Alina for your family, estate planning or probate cases. She listened to everything I wanted and even educated me on things I didn’t know I could request in my case. She knew exactly what I wanted with my custody case and made sure she followed through. Whatever questions I had she... got back to me quickly. She is very personable too and I’m so happy I hired her for my case.

A outstanding lawyer

In my case she was a lawyer who by all means defended me. Even when I didnt have enough proves and the lawyers against us were pressuring her she did not get intimidated. She even spent nights with out sleeping to have all the necessary facts and win my case. In my case I couldn't ask for a better l...awyer.

Reality Is The Best Medicine

My Thoughts Of What My Upcoming Legal Battle Were To Be Were Fogged And Sugar Coated With Myths And He Said She Said Misconceptions. I Was Lost, Torn Down And Broken. Never In My Life Would I Ever Imagined MY Lawyer Would Become So Much More Than Legal Counsel To Me. Alina Gonzalez- Dockery Not Onl...y Guided Me And Educated Me Through A Very Painful Divorce But She Advised Me And Prepared Me For What We Would Face Together In Court. She Made Me Realize What Was Really Important And Opened My Eyes To The Reality Of Divorce And The Effects My Choices Would Have On My Children. She Always Had Our Best Interests In Mind. We Didnt Always Agree But Alina Took Time To Explain Everything To Me And Was Always Personally Available To Me. I Would Highly Recommend Alina Gonzalez-Dockery Shes Is Extremely Family Oriented And Has An Amazing Heart.
