Outcome: Voluntary Dismissal

Description: My client was being sued by Arrow Financial Services, LLC for a debt she allegedly owed to an original creditor. After careful analysis of Arrow's complaint it became apparent that they could not prove their case against M.L. After filing a Motion to Dismiss, Arrow voluntarily dismissed their case against M.L. The key point here is just because a company claims they have the right to sue you does not mean that they actually do!
