Description: M.G. was a competent and caring nurse charged by the Department of Children and Family Services of neglecting a disabled individual, resulting in his death from a High Blood Sugar Level. M.G. challenged the Departments charges and established to the satisfaction of an Administrative Law Judge that she was not only competent and caring, but played no role whatsoever in the death of the disabled individual.
