Hank has secured numerous six- and seven-figure settlements, verdicts, and arbitration awards for his clients, including full policy-limits recoveries in litigated cases where pre-suit offers were a fraction of the final result. He earned his CFE designation in 2014 and has maintained it every year since, and he previously held FINRA Series 6 and Florida insurance and variable annuity licenses, giving him a practical understanding of the financial industry that informs his securities and fraud work.

The Hornsby family has served the legal needs of Central Floridians for more than 75 years. James Russell Hornsby, a prominent attorney from the 1950s until his death in 1986, paved the way for the Hornsby Law legacy. His son, Lawrence Hornsby, continued that tradition in 1973 when he established his own practice, Hornsby Law, focusing on representing individuals suffering injuries as a result of another's negligence.
