I handle all types of personal injury cases to include motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, product liability, premises liability (slip and fall accidents), dog bite accidents, and wrongful death.  I have extensive trial experience and have obtained jury verdicts in excess of $1,000,.  I have settled multiple cases in excess of $1,000,. 

 

I pride myself on getting to know my clients on a personal level and being there for my clients.  Since my firm does not advertise, a majority of our cases are referred  from former and current clients.  We also are fortunate to get cases from  friends,  physicians and other attorneys.

 

When I am not practicing law, I am spending time with my wife and two children.  Coaching my children in various sports is something I enjoy doing.  When I am not working, I enjoy golfing and spending time on the water.

Compassionate and Knowledgeable

Outstanding
Tom DeLattre did an outstanding job in my case. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. He always kept me up to date with was was going on which that was very important for me. I rested in peace knowing that I was being represented by someone that cared and looked after my well being the entire time. He was professional and straightforward but also compassionate and understanding. If were to do it all over, I wouldn't hesitate, not once, on having him representing me. He really made a difference in my life and I will be forever grateful

Best firm by far!!
I have retained Tom DeLattre twice for personal injury. Both times he came out to me for our consultation instead of sending an assistant like most firms do..he's personable and stays involved with client contact throughout your case. I consulted other attorneys before and none made me feel comfortable or like they had my best interest in mind. I have recommended Mr. DeLattre to close friends too, one of which retained him as well. You won't regret hiring this firm to represent you in any case.

Best Auto Accident Attorney
On September 29, 2015, a serious auto crash changed our lives forever. Injuries sustained by my husband and I resulted in a long hospital stay and several subsequent surgeries. Two years later, we are both still dealing with injury related issues. Within a few days of the crash, we asked a relative about getting an attorney and they recommended Tom DeLattre (Wieland Hilado & DeLattre). Tom returned my husband's call that same day and arranged to meet with us at the hospital. He explained the process and assured us that he would handle the auto insurance companies. He explained that our job was to work on our recovery. He was always available for questions and would return calls on weekends and while on vacation. Excellent Personal Injury Attorney!
Tom was recommended to me by a friend after a slip and fall. He did not hesitate to come to me, since I was immobile at the time. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgable and would always see me posted about where we were in the case, the next steps and all of our options. He was always just a phone call away and if he wasn't available, I would always get a call back within hours. I am also very pleased with the outcome of my case and would recommend Tom to anyone!

Very Good Attorney - I highly recommend him
Tom represented me for an automobile accident. He helped me get to the right specialists for medical care. I was getting no where with the insurance company regarding the damages to my car or myself. Once Tom started representing me, the ball started rolling. He was able to get me the medical care I needed, reimbursement for my automobile, and my lost wages were paid. He was always available to take my calls. I would highly recommend him.

Personal Injury
After my motor vehicle accident, I was not getting anywhere with workman’s compensation. When I met with Tom, he assured me that everything would be taken care of. Immediately, I was no longer going to a centre care, I was seeing specialists that greatly assisted me in my recovery. His concern for my well being was extraordinary.
