Description: Motorcyclist crashed on uneven lanes due to road construction company not grading/milling the turn lanes on highway. Motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet; did not have a license to operate motorcycles and had been drinking. Suffered a head injury resulting in extended hospitalization and untimately his death 6 weeks later.
