Hiring Mo Wiltshire will be the best decision you could make for yourself! Mo started reviewing my case and talking to me about it over the weekend of the incident. Mo believed in me and gave me hope from our first conversaton. He is supportive, empathetic and a tremendous advocate as well as a very personable individual. Mo did not give me advice, he gave me options, and I appreciated that. You are doing yourself a disservice if you do not set up an appointment and at least get his professional opinion on your case. Mo is the best at what he does, he has the knowledge, skill set, and most importantly the intent to help people in need. I highly recommend him!

Mo is the go to lawyer for a DUI. He worked with me on a DUI and other charges which warranted a fair amount of jail time and other penalties, that could have easily wrecked my life. Mo put me at ease and was genuinely concerned about the impact these charges would have on me. He was diligent in getting the best possible outcome for my case. What I appreciate the most is that more than a year after my case was closed he was more than willing to assist me in modifying my probation. Above all, Mo is honest and sincere about what he can and will do for you, a true advocate for his clients.

Mo worked with me on a recent DUI case that just went to trial in January 2013. Mo was very attentive and thorough from the moment I met with him. He reviewed my situation and was very specific with how he wanted to proceed with my case. I am an advertising professional in the Atlanta area and I was arrested for a DUI; I knew I wanted to fight it and therefore I needed a lawyer. Mo, did a great job with my case. His casual style and understanding of the process enabled me to get much better results than I expected. I was facing lose of my license for a year and a DUI on my record and he was able to get that reduced to reckless driving and I was able to keep my license. He is the man if you need help with a DUI.

Morris Wiltshire, who I call Mo, helped me overcome the toughest obstacle my life has ever seen. My teaching career was on the line, and my own freedom was at stake. He took my case with confidence, assuring me that if I really was innocent of the charges brought against me then I should fight to save my life. He did the fighting while I did the praying. I was faced with felony and misdemeanor drug charges that would end my career and financial security for the rest of my life. My reputation was already ruined, and I had to try and get it back. Mo fought endlessly to get the results I needed, and in the end we would prevail. He was honest the whole time, letting me know all the possibilities, whether they were good or possibly bad. He was honest about the price of his services, which was very fair compared to what I was going to lose if I was convicted. He immediately went to work, covering all angles of the case. He even kept me out of jail when it seemed that I would face time until court. Mo was persistent in getting me results, and I just knew it would all work out. He kept me informed as new deals were offered to me, but would always say he could get a better deal. I was patient, and glad that I was. Court never came, a trial never took place. In the end, I recently received the greatest news anyone could ask for! My case was dismissed due to lack of evidence, and my career was saved! I could not have done it without Mo Wiltshire. I got the results I truly wanted, even though I thought they were impossible to get. Mo did it, and I overcame that obstacle in my life. My son is a UGA student and was in trouble for DUI and a few other charges in Athens last fall. After bonding him out of jail, my husband and I really had no idea who to contact because we live in South Georgia and didn’t have any contacts in Athens. We had never had to meet with a lawyer before for anything besides getting our wills done and I was very nervous. My son had told us he had made a big mistake and admitted his mistakes to the police. I was so nervous and worried for my son, especially for how this would affect his future. I wasn’t sure what a lawyer could even do for us, but knew we needed one badly. We made appointments with several defense attorneys in Athens and our first appointment was with Mr. Wiltshire. Even though we were meeting with Mr. Wiltshire under bad circumstances, we felt so comfortable and at ease with him. He explained the court process and exactly what he could do for us. He even made this nervous mother laugh several times during our appointment. We told Mr. Wiltshire that we would be meeting with other lawyers because this was brand new territory for us, and surprisingly he encouraged us to do so! Mr. Wiltshire told us to look him up online, ask others about him, and call him if we needed him. We met with two other lawyers that day and my husband, son, and I were all in agreement that Mr. Wiltshire was the man for us. One of the things that impressed us the most was that he was a former prosecutor and used to be in charge of the office that would be prosecuting our son. We hired him the next day and then began the court process that lasted many months. I drove up to Athens for my son’s first time in court and again knew that we had made the best choice while watching Mr. Wiltshire in court. He knows everyone, and everyone knows him! He has a very professional and commanding presence and was obviously respected by all. My son was one of three clients Mr. Wiltshire was representing just that morning! In October 2011, I was wrongly arrested for DUI. It was a nightmare. I faced the loss of my license, my job, and all the other endless consequences that come with a DUI conviction. Mr. Wiltshire began with a free consultation and soon he gave me hope that I could get justice. It wasn't easy. But throughout the almost year long process, he guided me and helped me to understand all my options at every step of the process. His advice allowed me to make the correct choice. He was calm, collected, and meticulous at every court appearance. Everyone including the Judge, the Bailiff, and even prosecuting attorney seemed to have a friendly, respectful relationship with him. When we finally went to trial, from the very beginning of the jury selection process he was already defending my case. His intelligence and humor kept me (and the jury) at ease during the trial. I had been very nervous to take the stand but Mr. Wiltshire's defense was so good, that I didn't even have to testify. He made powerful closing arguments, that commanded everyone’s attention and convinced the jury that I had been wrongfully accused. The jury deliberated for less than 30 minutes and came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict. If you get arrested for DUI call Mr. Wiltshire he will work very hard get you the justice you deserve, and keep you relaxed with his honest, friendly demeanor and great sense of humor.

Mr. Wiltshire went above and beyond all of my expectations. I am 21 years old and was arrested for DUI even though I blew under the legal limit. After looking around at several lawyers in the Athens area, I came across Mr. Wiltshire and instantly felt the most confident in his approach to my case. Other lawyers felt that the best they could do was getting my charge reduced, but Mr. Wiltshire got my case completely dismissed before my court date. Other lawyers told me that my case would probably have to go to trial, but Mr. Wiltshire took care of everything and I never had to appear in court. He seems to know almost everyone in the Athens court system and knew just what to do and say to get me the best possible resolution. Not only did he succeed in getting all charges dropped, but he helped me keep this incident from affecting my personal and work life by going out of his way to make several calls to make sure my life stayed as normal as possible. He is always available to help and I know that I can call on him in the future if I ever need anything. Mr. Wiltshire is absolutely the best lawyer I could have possibly asked for and I recommend him to anyone and everyone!

All citizens of Athens and the surrounding areas know that the police force is a prominent part of bulldog country. Two Decembers past, I was accused of driving under the influence of alcohol on my way home after a wonderful night of music downtown. My good friend Lucia Nasuti Smeal, a graduate of UGA, recommended Mr. Wiltshire. Mo did everything in his power to acquire all evidence pertaining to my case for the betterment of my fair justice. We went to jury and Mr. Wiltshire was a rockstar in the courtroom. I could not have been more fortunate to find someone as qualified as this guy and will recommend him to everyone.

My son was arrested and charged with serious felonies including Aggravated Assault and Aggravated Battery in Madison County. He was facing over 20 years in prison. The DA would not agree to even let him have a bond. I called some well connected people in the know and was referred to Mo Wiltshire. My wife and I went to meet with Mo and we were very impressed. We wanted to get our son some serious help and it was perfectly obvious we had found the right attorney. Mo got our son a bond and worked with us to try to get a fair deal from the DA. Unfortunately, the DA would only offer a felony plea and insisted our son was going to prison. We went to trial after many months and Mo Wiltshire was prepared and ready. He told us what to expect and exactly how he wanted to fight the DA's case. He did just what he said he would do and the case went exactly like he said he thought it would. Mo did an amazing job during the trial and really showed that my son was innocent. The jury found my son not guilty of all those felony charges and he walked out of the court room a free man. I can tell you that if you have anyone in your family that gets in legal trouble you need to hire Mo Wiltshire as fast as you can.
