Outcome: DUI Dismissed...plea to a lesser charge

Description: DUI charges reduced to Reckless Driving even though the Defendant rear-ended a Police Cruiser. We were able to show a lack of impairment and we convinced the prosecutor to reduce the charges even though our client hit a police car.
