Bert was/is exceedingly relaxed and now verifiable exceedingly talented...what ever it be, IT WORKS! The outcome of his service and expertise to me was quite above excellent. It started out unexpectedly challenging but I think it is the courts more then Bert, let him do his job!

I have used Bert is ALL of my legal cases in the past eight years with no hesatation. Not only is he on my side, but he will stop at nothing to get justice for who he represents. In 2002 I was facing prison for DUI's and Bert fought to get me into treatment instead of jail. It was a long fight with the court, but I went to treatment and am still sober today, much due to his belief in me.
7 years later I needed Bert's help yet again and, not only did he remember me after 7 years, but he did not hesitate to fight for me. This time around we achieved the impossible and won our case, despite the many people stating that it just wouldn't happen. Bert pulled out all the stops and after 2 days in court, got what we came for. He saved my life yet again. Bert believed in me when nobody else did, and still does today. When I hired Mr. Cohen in March '08, he explained to me that since this was my 2nd case of domestic violence, that he would not be able to get this case dismissed (even though my husband was willing to NOT prosecute and was willing to even testify on my behalf). I knew that I would have to go to court and at best would be given some type of punishment (most likely 25 mandatory anger management classes). I work for a major company in the Atlanta area and travel is a big part of my job responsiblity. I was concerned that this case would affect my job performance if I had to miss work for court appearances. Mr. Cohen was able to attend these appearances on my behalf. Then Mr. Cohen called me ( 3 days before my final hearing) and told me my case had been dismissed!! Mr. Cohen had exceeded my expectations. Now I am able to put this behind me and begin making better choices with my life.

During a very difficult time in my life, I called Mr. Cohen and asked him if he would represent my husband. He had gotten a DUI. Mr. Cohen was very kind and understanding. I truly felt like he wanted to do his very best for our family. I never felt like he was bothered by answering my calls, and responding to my many questions. He gave my family hope, and in the end, our result was very positve. I highly recommend Mr. Cohen as an attorney. His experience certainly is evident in his practice.

I used Bert Cohen's services over a year ago for my DUI case. He was GREAT to work with and made this VERY difficult and stressful time a lot easier for me. His fees are very reasonable, and it was the best money that I spent. He was very knowledgeable and made certain that I was aware and understand all of my options. He was very responsive when I had questions or concerns and always kept me informed of what was going on with my case. He was successful in getting my charge reduced. I would most definately recommend Bert and his services to anyone that needed an attorney in the future.

We knew, when we engaged Bert Cohen's services, in connection with our son's Cobb County probation violation arrest, that there were no guarantees, and we thought our expectations of the outcome were realistic. So, imagine our surprise - and delight! - when our son's case was dismissed and he was able to come home within days of hiring Mr. Cohen. The reasonable fee was probably the best money we ever spent on legal services.
