I was very pleased by the way Attorney James Roane and his staff handled the lawsuit against the nursing home in the death of my wife. Attorney Roane is very sensitive to the needs and feelings of his clients. I would recommend to any person in need of legal guidance.

When James was hired as my attorney I didn't even know I was alive. I was a passenger in an automoblie traveling home from the beach after spending a few days down there for a quick vacation, when the automobile I was a passenger in was struck head on by a drunk driver. That left me being the only surivor!!
I remember the first time I ever met James, he was such a kind and caring person. I remember telling him about what I remembered about the wreck which wasn't alot. So with all the information and all my pictures he put them together to get me the best settlement possible. I am thankful for the person James is, I have never had to deal with lawyers or any kind of settlement type thing but James always kept me up to date on what was going on and how things were going. He showed he really cared in my situation. There aren't enough words to tell him how truely greatful I am for all he did but just know James Roane is a great lawyer and will work hard for you!! I would strongly recommend James Roane to anyone I know that may ever need his services for he understands the hard times injured people face, not only the injured ones but their families too.
