Outcome: At the conclusion of a one day trial, the Judge awarded my client increased child support including private shool costs, 50% of all marital retirement assets and attorney fees
Outcome: Judge awarded sole legal and physical custody to my client. At subsequent financial hearing, Master denied spouse's request for alimony and attorney fees. Parties ultimately resolved all issues by agreement.
Outcome: Judge awarded sole legal custody plus attorney fees for my client
