I retained Mr. Minshew to handle my divorce and custody case involving minor children. The case had a 2-day trial with all the discovery and preparation work, and multiple rounds of settlement negotiations. Nick really helped me to navigate this difficult process, and looking back I feel that it wo...uld have been impossible to go through it without his counsel. Nick has an immaculate memory, and remembers details that I myself forgot or found inconsequential when he feels they are important. He is good at reminding me about deadlines and keeping paperwork organized and on track. His writing style is clear and well reasoned. He knows many of the judges, lawyers and personalities in Montgomery County Circuit Court, which is helpful when you want to decide how to proceed. I found him to be non-confrontational, in that he seeks out ways to get to an agreement and save the client money. I found his billing to be fair, with every hour accounted for. Finally, I consider Nick an important advisor and maybe even a confidant, who can talk through the options without sugar coating them, and help me to close my case and move on.

Nick is a superb lawyer and exceptional person. I've retained him twice over the years and each time I simply give him the information and let him do what he needs to do on the legal front. He also looks for a quick and clean way to bring things to conclusion. This is best for everyone. It's highly unusual, but it seems like Nick Minshew is looking out for the well-being of children and society over his own profit. In my search for a lawyer, I found no others like him.
