Buta is a phenomenal attorney. She is highly educated, patient and carefully listens and provides you the best advice for you. She was very informative and educated me on realistic options of what to expect. Many other attorneys I met with simply told me what I wanted to hear. She is factual, direct and honest. Retaining Buta was the best decision I ever made. The case was very stressful and hard and she really carried a lot of that burden and presented a strong, winning defense. Buta is extremely knowledgeable and thorough with a meticulous attention to detail. She was on top of each detail even though I was not her only client. She never made me feel rushed or ignored. All calls were returned in a timely fashion. No matter how flustered or concerned I got with the situation she always listened and gave me great advice. I truly trust her opinion and legal advice. I cannot say enough positive things about her and I cannot stress enough what an amazing lawyer she is. Thank you again, Buta.

Ms. Biberaj is very thorough and takes the time to listen and get to know your case. I always felt informed and never felt as if she were too busy to talk to or update me on my case. She was very sensitive to handling my case on my terms. In my situation I wanted to expedite and get this behind me ASAP! She communicated with opposing attorneys and the courts and we entered my plea a nearly a month ahead of my original scheduled court date. Excellent communication and Follow Up!!!

Buta was a life saver. Criminal matters are very stressful and she was very organized, on top of every detail, gave me an incredible defense and also kept my budget in mind too! Anyone who needs a defense lawyer will definitely get her name from me. Since then I have asked her for references to other lawyers since I trusted her work, I expect I can trust her recommendations too.

Ms. Biberaj represents the very finest in client service and care. Her expertise, effectiveness and caring interaction helped our family through a very difficult time this year. We retained Ms. Biberaj in February 2011, and she obtained results far better than we had ever hoped for. She not only kept us informed, she became a friend to our family. This was not the first time our family had retained Buta. She expertly defended our teenage daughter in 2006. I think in large part through Buta's representation and kindness to our troubled teen, her future was preserved and our daughter today is a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician and works for a major hospital. I was accused of reckless driving on the airport grounds in March 2011. I was represented by Ms. Biberaj after seeking her out based on my previous knowledge of her practice as well as knowing her socially for many years before. Although she was not able to represent me in court due to a scheduling conflict, an associate of hers was able to negotiate my charge down to a 3 point moving violation which I will now be able to eliminate with a driving improvement course in November 2011. I believe that without Ms. Biberaj's assistance, I could have had my license suspended and lost my major mode of transportation for a significant amount of time. I am a little biased in my review as I have known Buta for over fifteen years and have seen her in action previously in a trial setting in Fairfax. She is tenacious and very fair in her pricing

Buta represented a family member in a criminal matter recently. I can't say enough positive things about her representation, as well as her excellent character. She achieved the best possible results in the worst possible situation, kept the client and family informed, worked diligently for the best interest of the client.
