I was pleasantly surprised by Mr. Marrone's (and staff's) consistent and compassionate communication with us as litigants. They seemed truly overjoyed to win for us.

Thomas represented a class action of which I was a member. I only met him a few times, but a found him to be highly competent and professional. Email requests for information were always answered promptly, and class members were consistently kept up to date throughout the process. I am pleased to report that the portion of the settlement I received satisfied my needs as a class member. I highly recommend him if you are looking for representation for a possible class-action.

When my poorly maintained apartment building burned in a catastrophic fire, more than a hundred low-to-middle income people were suddenly homeless. We ultimately had no choice but to organize ourselves to make sure everyone was taken care of. When it became clear that a lawsuit would be an appropriate next step, I volunteered to find someone with a proven track record who would take us seriously. Tom was fantastic from the very start. In our first meeting, he didn't bat an eye when I mentioned that I am a member of the LGBT community. He was sympathetic, honest, funny, and warm - and as a social worker, this combination is exactly what I'm looking for in professionals who I need to trust. In the earliest days, I texted him pictures of documents to get his advice before signing them - and he was responsive every time. For over four years now, he's always answered my calls or responded quickly, always made our case a priority, never made it seem like we were just one of what must have been a lot of other projects he was handling. When class members had questions, I referred them to Tom, who made himself available to chat with every one of the former tenants who wanted to talk to him, sometimes more than a few times a week. Our case eventually became so intricate I could barely give a coherent status update to other tenants, yet Tom was always on top of the newest developments and able to explain where we were in the larger scheme of things. He made sure to schedule regular meetings with me and the other named plaintiff so we understood what had happened and what would happen next. Before depositions and court appearances, he made time to meet with us to explain what we would need to do (but never pushed us to say or omit anything). When we eventually made it to court, I was genuinely impressed with Tom's ability to tie together years of complex legal developments into simple stories and compelling arguments. I'm not just happy with him because we eventually won a significant settlement, but because I think he did a serious, honorable job and never lost sight of who he was asked to represent: new immigrants, students, grandmothers, retired people - a whole spectrum of working and middle class West Philly residents. He considered the value of settlement offers not just for himself, or for me and the other named plaintiff, but for every member of the entire class, because we all understood that we were in this together. Even if we'd lost, I would still feel that I bet on the right lawyer. If I'm made him sound angelic, you should know that he does not take *any* crap from the other side. We won because he is a competent, level-headed scrapper. This was a fight and we won because Tom is a superb fighter. Highly recommended.

Tom represented our class in a lawsuit that took over 4 years to bring to settlement. I feel that I was fairly compensated for my losses, in large part due to Tom not quitting until a fair agreement was reached.

Mr. Marrone represented victims of a fire in a class action suit. I lost everything and had initially attempted to pursue legal action with a different layer independently. That attempt failed and I gave up hope of ever recovering anything. Years later and out of the blue, Mr Marrone found me and agreed to help me take action against the lawyer who screwed me. He was relatable, kind and concerned about my well-being. I'm a curious person in general and his response time to my emails was excellent. I assisted the class action suit the best I could and it won! I was happy, but my claim was separate so this victory wasn't mine.
Then the phone rang again. Mr. Marrone had worked it out so that I would be included in the original class action suit. His act saved me time and money. He was not consumed with collecting more fees. I'm thrilled.
Bottom line: I'm a full-time that gave up on my chances of being made whole. Mr. Marrone changed that. I'll forever be grateful. And I'll always pick up when he calls! :-)

I don't know if I can say enough good about Attorney Marrone . My experience and Time with Attorney Marrone representing me was very relieving. I knew after my first meeting with him, I could feel very confident that we would end with a positive result. Speaking to him on the phone or in person , I felt like I was talking to a friend. His knowledge and understanding of my situation along with all the legal aspects of it, were astonishing. I couldn't have asked for a better representation for my case. I felt lucky to know that my worries of the situation were gone and taken on by an attorney of pure confidence and trustworthy.
When questions were asked towards him. his answers were informative and understandable . That told me that he was confident and could be 110% trusted that he will get results. I never had to contact Tom and search for results , I knew I would be informed as soon as answers were received and never left in the dark. I understand why any firm would want Tom representing them , as a client anyone could feel stature of his respect and confidence and all his abilities of being a successful attorney . I could go on for some time with words towards Tom. It was easy to build a friendship and know that it will always exist with a concrete foundation that can not be cracked. His perseverance and tenacity was an action to be rewarded by anybody. I would recommend him to anyone that speaks the truth with a promising result.

Tom was so quick to get me the money I deserved. In a case that looked to be a hard win Tom didn't lose hope and settled the case out of court in less than two years after the incident. Even after the case has been closed Tom calls to check up on me and he is not just a lawyer but is now a friend also. Tom is a rare find in the world of lawyers.

Tom has been representing me and the members of my class, in a very complex case which is still ongoing. From the beginning, he's been a frank and empathetic representative. He has kept us informed as our case progressed. He brought in multiple expert witnesses to best analyze the facts and advocate on our behalf. We've been very fortunate to have him representing us , both through his filings and in person, most recently at our class certification hearings. I do not believe we could have any more capable attorney, and I would highly recommend Tom to anyone for his compassion and his professional excellence.

Mr. Marrone was terrific. He is conscientious and patient yet determined. It was very important for me to be taken seriously and talked to with respect. Mr. Marrone takes the time to get to know someone before he gets down to business. Dignity is everything. When he does get down to business, he does so with a passion for justice one usually only sees in the movies. I recommend him to eveyone I know.
