Biography
Raised in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, Robert C. Keller charted a path from Temple University English major to distinguished criminal defense attorney. After earning his JD from Temple University School of Law in 1979, he practiced alongside Joseph F. Battle—Chester’s mayor‐turned‐Judge—before serving as an Assistant District Attorney for Delaware County. There he prosecuted juvenile and serious felony cases, led trial teams, and tried hundreds of jury trials, retiring in 1988 with his badge. That year, he established private law offices in Media and Upper Darby, focusing on criminal, personal injury, and family law. In 2003, he founded Keller, Lisgar & Williams, LLP, and since then has devoted his practice solely to criminal defense, winning thousands of not‐guilty verdicts across state and federal courts. A bar association leader and CLE speaker, Mr. Keller is active in community and nonprofit organizations, mentors young adults, and holds licenses in Pennsylvania and multiple federal courts—including the U.S. Supreme Court.
