When my son was in trouble at Penn State University we contacted Attorney Lisko. He spent a lot of time explaining all of the possible outcome to both my son and I. I felt very comfortable putting my son's future in Attorney Lisko's hands. When it was all said and done, we had the best possible outcome and could not have found a better lawyer.
We engaged attorney Lisko because is used to be a police officer, and he implied that he would provide us superior representation because of his "connections" to the police force and DAs office for a minor drug offense at State College. Huge mistake. Attorney Lisko was rarely available - he only work 2-3 days per week in the summer, he does not communicate via emails or cell phone - !! - all communication must be by scheduled meeting or fax. He implied that he could use a private investigator to help with our case, who was absolutely no help whatsoever. He charges a very high up front fixed fee of $10,000. All in all, a very poor experience. There are much better criminal lawyers in State College area.
