Batya she provided great advice and wonderful service. From the time of our first consultation, she was very clear, knowledgable, and honest. I thought my case was straightforward, since I was marrying a US citizen. We even considered handling our case alone after consulting with another attorney (w...ho seemed like a used car salesman). It turned out that I had a more complicated situation than I realized since I was on a J-1 visa, and needed a waiver (but I had no idea that I needed a waiver because there was a mistake on my visa). The other attorney did not even notice this issue. My case would have been denied if Batya had not detected this. She is extremely careful and knows the law. We got my J-1 waiver, and eventually I got my greencard. It was very stressful for me, but I felt safe because Batya explained everything to us along the way, was extremely organized, and replied to our emails (I had a lot of questions throughout the process!!!) at lightning fast speed.
