Review Locksley Wade

About Me

Locksley began his law career in the Office of the Attorney General
of Florida, where he successfully defended constitutional challenges to
state laws and administrative rules both in Federal and State Courts
from inception to appeals.

Locksley's cases would often involve
discrimination based on race, gender, national origin, disability,
mental condition and deprivation of civil rights. In addition, Mr. Wade
litigated negligence matters, construction cases, civil commitment,
contract cases and civil forfeiture matters. For his outstanding work
for the State of Florida, Locksley was the recipient of the 1998 Davis
Productivity Award for the State of Florida.

Locksley is a true New Yorker. He is a graduate of  New York's
Charles Evans Hughes High School (named after a former Chief Justice of
the United States Supreme Court) and Baruch College. For his studies in
law, he sequestered himself in sunny Florida and attended Nova
Southeastern University Law Center in Fort Lauderdale.

Locksley is a member of the State Bars of New York, New Jersey and
Florida.  He is also a member of the Federal Bars of the U.S. Court of
Appeals for the Second and the Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. District
Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the District
of New Jersey and the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida. His
most immediate area of practice concentrated primarily of complex
business and securities litigation.  Locksley now focuses his practice
primarily on employment matters.
