Description: Photographer failed to provide photos to weddingcouple for two years. Couple had since had a child and some intended recipients of the photos passed away. Eventually photographer provided poor quality photos that were out of focus. Photographer photoshopped individuals into photos and added open eyes to guests who had their eyes closed.
