When I started work on applying for US Citizenship, I was faced with several questions and doubts regarding the process. The internet offered some solutions. Forums and websites offered guidance. However, I found it difficult to consolidate all this information given the variances and disparity in opinion. I initially planned to submit the application on my own. I am glad I did not. The list of documents I organized to have submitted on my own with my application was long (and unnecessary), as I realized after my consult with attorney Joshua Paulin. He was very courteous and understanding. He quickly reviewed my situation and came up with a clear procedure. The application process was started immediately and followed up with a couple more meetings to provide requisite documents and information for filing. After filing, I had to go to India urgently to attend to a medical emergency in the family. Since I was in the middle of the process, I was concerned about doing something that might compromise my application. This is when the value of a good attorney came to light. Mr. Paulin was always there to guide me with my concerns. I went to India immediately. Mr. Paulin continued to provide guidance and support as appropriate to my changing situation in India. I came back to the US after a month and half and proceeded as per attorney Paulin’s recommendations. Mr. Paulin made sure that I had all the requisite information to present to the immigration officer and supported me through the interview. The interview was held soon after. I had my proud moment of becoming a US citizen in December 2015 at the oath taking ceremony.
In retrospect, I see how valuable attorney Paulin’s guidance was in obtaining my US citizenship. There were two occasions when I considered withdrawing my application given my situation in India. Mr. Paulin helped resolve issues aptly. I really don’t think I would have been able see completion on this without his advise and support. I am really glad he served as my attorney. I highly recommend his services.
I hired Josh to help me with my green card process. From the beginning, he was very courteous and helpful, providing key insights about the process. He answered all my questions regarding the process itself and related topics (work and travel). He was clear and precise on every suggestion, and that gave me a lot of confidence. I highly recommend Josh for any immigration matter.
Joshua was very knowledgeable and experienced in my wife's green card case. He took care of all paperwork and gave us a very reassuring feeling throughout the process. everything went according to plan and she has received her green card. We were very happy having Joshua taking care of everything.

After almost 25 years of living in the USA I decided to become a citizen.
One of many reasons I had waited so long is because I had been arrested for possession of Marijuana in New Jersey in 2000. The judge had given me probation and upon successful completion dismissed my case. The record had since been expunged.
Josh went into great detail researching the applicable laws and precedents even though I was no longer in NJ and that isn't where Josh practices law. He was able to find a case that was directly to the point, and set precedent showing that my situation shouldn't be considered an impediment to granting citizenship.
Josh prepared my application and attached relevant case materials directly to it. In my opinion this gave the examining officer the information he/she needed to approve my case immediately at the interview.
I would definitely recommend Josh to anyone looking for an immigration attorney.

Josh was professional thru and thru. Then again, I like getting to know who I work with. He didn't fail in this as well. It was a smooth and comfortable process. My anxieties answered and dealt with, even early morning right before the interview. Hard not to like this man. Even more difficult to criticize the service. Look no further.

We hired Josh around May 2013 for my immigration case in Massachusetts. I was removed from the United States in Houston airport with 5 years ban. Josh helped us with the I-130 process (1 year long) and waiver I-601 and I-212 (4 months and change). We are happy to say that him and his family were always open to keep us informed and listen to us whenever we had questions or concerns. He was very helpful with us. We really appreciate his help.
