David Thomas attacks a good litigation matter like a chess-master, always anticipating the opposing party's next few moves, likely before the opposing party has even decided upon them. He's articulate, ever professional, and is always poised to secure success for his client. I had the good fortune to work with David on a few inter-related litigation matters concerning the multifaceted attack on a charitable national organization, where the opposing parties sought to achieve hostile takeover. Suffice it to say that David was instrumental in ensuring that they did not succeed and that a precedent was set which will likely prevent any future such efforts. I highly recommend David and would happily work with him again.
