Mr. Thomas has represented clients in a wide variety of complex matters in state and federal courts across the United States, with a particular emphasis on business and commercial disputes as well as management-side, class-action defense. He has brought cases through judge and jury trials in both state and federal court and successfully defended companies involved in nationwide collective and class action litigation in both the employment and consumer context. He has lectured, conducted workshops, and served as a legal commentator on a variety of litigation issues. He also represents clients before state and federal administrative agencies as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
