hello I am a non US citizen, had a accident while working in Afghanistan for a private security company. Contacted Turley Law firm on the internet, next day I got a reply. I worked with Mr. Craig Benner, but all major decisions went thrum Mr. Bill Turley,also. We h...ave a saying where I am from ''everything is good if the END is good'',that being said the settlement. I was told the pros/cons of settlement etc. all the detail were explained clearly by Mr. Craig and the ultimate decision was mine to make. If you are new to DBA case would strongly advise to get a lawyer,in this case Turley Law firm, cos insurance company has a lot of tricks up their sleeves so you need somebody who knows the game. If you are expert in convoys/PSD/CP/ High Risk Motorcade that doesn't mean you know anything about DBA case, that's why they are here. On the communication with Mr. Craig was little bit of problem because I was out of country, you have to make appointments to talk to him, but HEY I am not the only client, When we had our phone conference everything went smooth no problem. On the settlement I believe Mr. Craig did everything possible to get the best settlement---this is most important if you don't want to go to trial. Advice for everybody in DBA, make sure you have a very good record of papers about your case medical documents....etc, so combined with the experience with your lawyer you get best possible outcome of your case. Overall I was satisfied with Turley Law Firm/ Craig Benner and would recommend to anybody who wants a knowledgeable lawyer about DBA who would do his best for the client and get very good results at the end----which is whole purpose of everything!!!

This is lawyer is special. He is honest, very aggressive, hard working, and gets great results. I was very badly injured. I had a workers compensation case. I was referred to Bill by another lawyer. He told me "Bill is very good." The other lawyer was a tad wrong. Bill is even better than I... was told. Bill filed a civil lawsuit. It was a product liability case. A third party case. He is very confident. When my deposition was taken, Bill did a great job of getting me ready. Bill had me down to the office again and again. He kept me very informed. He told me that other side was probably going to settle. And they did. I was very, very pleased with the settlement. it was MUCH MORE than I expected to get. The office staff makes it very easy to deal with his office. Everyone there is first class. Another thing I really liked about Bill is his commitment to being honest. I really liked that he always took the high road. I had a few things about my case that I was very concerned about. After we talked about them, we dealt with them honestly. I think the defense lawyer was shocked when we were so honest with them. I could see the look in his face. He thought for sure I was going to be truthful. Bill says you can only win by being honest. It was true with me. This lawyer really is special.
