I called him and asked him if I should accept the settlement my lawyer was recommending. Bill told me no way to take that offer. 6 months later he tripled the settlement amount. Bill... first got me Longshore benefits and then was successful in bringing a Jones Act case. The guy works magic if you ask me. Can't say enough about him and his staff.

Putting that aside, I think he can really take it to the insurance company and their attorneys. I was badly injured while unloading a ship. I can't go back to work on the waterfront, but I am taken care of for life. My kids can still go to college, even though I can't work. We had the case done in a year and a half. I can't recommend him and his office enough. By the way, I had a previous injury and I felt like my lawyer gave my case away. You don't get any of that with Bill's office. You really get the feeling that they care about their clients. My take is that Bill is an awesome lawyer.
