Biography
Hello, I am Whitney Manning and am an attorney with Littman Family Law. Our office is located on the edge of downtown Denver in a restored Victorian house. We strive to make all people who enter feel welcomed and more comfortable when leaving than when the entered. Our practice is 100% family law and includes divorce, custody (allocation of parental responsibilities and parenting time), child support, and adoption, along with other family law matters. I have completed training as a Parenting Coordinator and Decision Maker. I am also certificated as a Mediator.
I have focused my career exclusively on Family Law. I believe that Family Law requires me to be open-minded and compassionate to the issues that my clients are facing. I am a strong and approachable advocate who works to create trust with my clients. I appreciate the level of emotional stress and turmoil that clients often face when dealing with Family Law issues. Because of my empathetic nature, I strive to help my clients navigate through even the most difficult challenges.
My focus is on protecting my clients and their children while creatively helping them to solve the problems that arise in the course of dealing with family law matters. While the courtroom process is sometimes necessary to protect my clients and their children, I am a strong proponent of Alternative Dispute Resolution. In many instances, the best outcome often results from our clients' ability to control the decisions they are facing.
My hobbies include travel, snowboarding, cooking, reading, movies, sports, and exploring new restaurants in Metro Denver.
