Expert Attorney on Veterans Affairs

I consulted Mr. Burton on several complicated and involved issues concerning my VA claims and received expert advice on how to deal with the VA in a highly effective manner. Being a US Marine Corps combat veteran himself, he was able to put himself in my shoes and had a complete grasp of the issues ...immediately and assisted me in obtaining a highly satisfactory resolution to my VA appeal. His guidance was spot on, his advice was professional and I would hire him again. I was also very impressed that he is a judge within the Washington judicial system.

Trusted

I hired Mr Burton to write a rather complicated trust for my family. He did so in a professional and timely manner. I chose Mr Burton impart because of his exemplary background in the Marine Corps and I was not disappointed.

Outstanding Special Education Attorney

When my disabled son was denied post secondary special education services Paul C Burton took the case pro bono. Following a legal battle with the school district's dishonest attorneys, my son received all of the services he should have received, plus many additional specific items. All of this with...out charge.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
