Lynn M. Engel

I am a litigator. My practice focuses on complex commercial litigation including intellectual property, antitrust, contract and insurance coverage. I represent clients, both as plaintiff and defendant, in federal and state antitrust cases, particularly in cases involving software technology. I also have experience in intellectual property law, including extensive experience with trade secret issues and software licensing. I also have experience obtaining insurance coverage for clients named as defendants in environmental, antitrust and intellectual property cases.
