Best decision I've ever made, hiring Vladimir Gagic.

Hiring Vladimir Gagic was probably the smartest and best decision I've made when I received my DUI in Arizona. As you may know, Arizona is among the harshest states on DUI penalties. When I received my DUI back in July 2013, I was completely devastated and depressed out of my mind. Mr. Gagic was very... sympathetic and worried about me personally and how I was handling this case. Which was way more than I was expecting from an attorney. I honestly don't know what would I have done if I didn't make that call to Mr. Vladimir Gagic's office and hired him. Not only did Mr. Gagic saved my ass from spending more time in Sheriffs Joe's jail, home arrest, and money but he single handily saved me from personal depression because he helped me see that there is a light in the end of the tunnel when things are down in your life. I had a sense of relieve in me throughout the whole process, because I knew I was doing the best thing I can for my case and having an excellent attorney like Mr. Gagic protecting me, was a complete sense of relieve to me. They always tell you that you never lose money, hiring a good attorney, well Vladimir Gagic is not a good attorney, he’s a great attorney. One that I will gladly recommend to anybody I know. Not only will I recommend Vladimir Gagic, but because I trust Mr. Gagic so much, I have asked Mr. Gagic for a recommendations for a good CPA and a intellectual property attorney. I believe that great people surround themselves with great people just like themselves and I’m happy to say that I’ve never been more satisfied with Mr. Gagic’s service and recommendation. Take it from me an Iraq combat veteran and a business student at Arizona State University, if ever find yourself in trouble with the law, be smart, and hire the law offices of Vladimir Gagic. Mr. Vladimir Gagic is also a former Marine Corp veteran, and speaking to every veteran out there, Mr. Gagic has a big heart for his fellow veterans. Thank you very much.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. "defend yourself".

i just moved to Arizona. I got a Dui.(my 1st offense) and I Hired Vladimir Gagic. He painted the picture everything was going to be fine .-$4000.00 Later. i had to Plead Guilty. i had no knowledge of No Tolerance laws in the state of az.etc. But he did ! & he did not explain the nightmare i was... entering... Mr Gagic. suggested i plead guilty and do my 24 hour jail time in buckeye. Sheriff Joe A. Jail. omg. it was the worst experience. After all schools etc. required by law. what i got out of this. was that i should have done it by Myself. i think he (Gagic) cares more about being on T.V. then he does about his cases. after i gave my credit card i only communicated w/his secretary. i paid him to help me plea guilty. what a waste of Time& money. ( 6 months went by) i could have been done with this. and Tent city the worst. if you have to any jail time do it in your home town.

Joseph: I can assure you that I give all my clients my full and undivided attention. That is why all my clients have my cell phone number, and are free to call, text, and email me at their convenience. It is also why I am always willing to meet my clients to discuss their case in person, by phone or video conference. Since I graduated law school and have had the good fortune to represent people in criminal cases, I have always gone out of my way to speak to clients directly and handle their cases directly. That is why I am different from other firms where a person only gets to speak to the managing lawyer once at the initial consultation, but all the actual legal work is done by a brand new associate just out of law school. I speak my clients personally at every single meeting. I do the police interviews myself, as well as all the court hearings and MVD hearings. I read the police reports and speak to the prosecutors directly. I report back to my clients directly and send them audio files of all my investigative work if they so wish. I write all the substantive motions myself. Sometimes I have my secretary return administrative phone calls regarding scheduling and other routine matters, but I always communicate directly with clients regarding substantive matters. That is how I have always practiced, when I was public defender and now in private practice. Whenever someone hires me, I make it plain what service I provide and what outcome one can reasonably expect. I never embellish or mislead. And I have never, in over a decade of practicing law, "forced" anyone to plead guilty. As most people are aware, one cannot plead guilty to a crime unless they publicly state the choice to plead guilty is voluntary and freely done. I also always make it crystal clear that if someone does not wish to plead guilty, I am more than happy to take the case further, including trial. If I didn't want to take cases to trial, I wouldn't be a criminal defense attorney. Sometimes, however, clients do not wish to take a case to trial because the plea offer is not worth turning down. All I can do is offer my advice; I cannot and will not force anyone to make a particular choice. While I will go to the ends of the Earth to defend my clients, if someone is sentenced to jail, I cannot serve the sentence for them. If someone is sentenced to jail, then that person should serve that sentence honorably and with the knowledge he is abiding by society's laws. I fully believe in due process and the presumption of innocence. That is why I enlisted in the US Marine Corp, to defend our democracy. But the Rule of Law also means that once someone pleads guilty, that person has an obligation to pay that debt with dignity and without remorse. Joseph, I understand that this was traumatic event in your life and I hope that you will be able to bounce back fully after you put this event behind you. All the best, Vladimir

1st time DUI

I hired Vladimir to defend me in a first time DUI case. Although I was found guilty and received the statutory minimum, Vladimir did an outstanding job representing me on my case. Vladimir worked with me on a flexible payment plan, was easy to schedule meetings with and was very trustworthy, honest ...and knowledgeable. I will be recommending Vladimir to others if they encounter unfortunate legal circumstances.

If you need help from him after your case is done... good luck with that!

When I first hired Mr. Gagic, I was happy and relieved and recommended many other people to his practice. During the bankruptcy he was very patient in waiting for payment and when I could get a hold of him (there were lots of times I would leave messages and got no call back) he answered all my quest...ions. However I had lingering issues with a creditor after my BK was done that was not at any fault of my own. I tried to work it out with the creditor on my own and got nowhere. I called and emailed Mr. Gagic, no response. He finally got a receptionist that answered the phone and she did her best to help me, but still Mr. Gagic was pretty much unwilling to even try and help. He eventually agreed to make a phone call on my behalf (I don’t know if he really did) and was told the creditor wouldn’t help him either. I even offered to rehire him just so I could get some help and he declined. The fact that my creditor made a mistake that affected me while he was on my watch, didnt' seem to matter to him. Bottom line: if you are going to hire Mr. Gagic be sure that all your ducks are in a row prior to your case being complete because once it's done, he is done with you.

As with all my cases, I perform all services that are agreed upon in the fee agreement to the best of my abilities. That means I do as much as I can for each of my cases without delay. I pride myself on personal service on all my cases. That is what separates me from other lawyers where clients only meet the "top guy" when hiring him, but never hear from him again. That also means, however, once a case is complete, for me to continue to offer the same level of personal service to my ongoing clients, my work on a case is done. I cannot keep cases open indefinitely and continue to provide the same level of personal service to ongoing cases. That would not be fair to my other clients. And if someone does not get me information in a timely manner, then there is nothing else I can do. But even though a case is closed, I will do my best to answer questions from former clients and assist them anyway I can so long as the request is reasonable. I count among my friends many former clients who I continue to communicate with regularly. It is my privilege and honor to represents ordinary, everyday Americans in courts all across Arizona, and it is my sincere hope that all my clients are the better for it. We, as Americans, should cherish our system. I know firsthand what horrors a failed legal system brings. I think back warmly of all the many people who I have served and admire them for their dignity in these difficult times.

Best DUI Lawyer

I highly recommend using Vladimir Gagic as your lawyer for any DUI case. In March 2011, I was 19 years old when I was convicted of a Drug DUI in Scottsdale and a friend recommended Vladimir to me. I had consultations with five different lawyers, but in the end, I chose Vladimir because of his uniqu...e approach towards my case. I had never been in trouble with the Police before so I was completely clueless to every part of the Legal System, but he helped me every step of the way. By August 2011, a couple days before I moved to Hawaii, my case got Dismissed. Unfortunately, my case was re-opened by the time Thanksgiving of 2011 came around. I thought that being far away in Hawaii was going to make things very difficult, but Vladimir got the court to Waive My Appearance at all of my court dates and he never missed one of my hearings for me. He always made sure to let me know how the hearings went right after they ended. His secretaries were always very helpful and patient with me and they always made sure that I received all my paperwork, whether it was through snail mail or attaching it to an e-mail. We had a Jury Trial set for the end of July 2012, so I flew home to get this case finally resolved, but at the Evidentiary Hearing, Vladimir was able to get me a Plea Offer that was impossible to turn down. They dropped 4 out of the 6 charges and I only ended up having to serve 24hrs in jail. Vladimir has helped me in so many ways throughout the past year and a half that I do not even know how to begin to thank him. I would truly recommend Vladimir Gagic above any other lawyer to stand by your side and fight your case to the end.
