Mr, Gagic Handled my case with complete Professionalism from the start to finish. I was kept well informed and we moved through the court system process with confidence . It can be tough road to go down and Valdimir can be trusted soilder on your side! Keep your Dignity intact while dealing with t...he uncharter waters of the judicail system. You do need a Attourney , without a doubt! I would highly recommened Valdimir Gagic . You will not be disappointed with the outcome.

Vladimir is not your typical Lawyer, he is determined and he is loyal...

Vladimir represented me in the most scariest times of my life. I was forced to face consequences for poor choices. Vladimir made it his mission to remove my fears by educating me on my options and most of all gave me clarity as to what I had in front of me. It became clear to me that he had dependa...ble relationships with County Attorneys to come to respectable negotiations. He gave me limitless modes of communications with him in case I ever needed him throughout the entire process. Vladimir took time to get to know me and my family and knew what it was he had to fight for. Vladimir has received two referrals from me and I will continue to refer him to friends, family, and colleagues because of his integrity and optimal results he gave me.

I got my moneys worth

I've lost count of how may people I know that have been through the DUI wringer in Arizona. So many of them paid similar fees for an attorney to simply show up and plead "guilty." Mr. Gagic realizes that there are "bad actors" in the ranks of law enforcement - that the "good guys" are, too often, wi...lling to distort the truth. In my case Mr. Gagic got the arresting officer to admit lying under oath. As my attorney, Mr. Gagic listened to my arguments, engaged in heated debate, fought hard during pre-trial hearings and ultimately put on the strongest defense possible. It still amazes me when I compare my experience to how little attention others get. Perhaps some people just want a lawyer to show up and handle everything - there were days when maybe Mr Gagic wished I was one of those people... I guess the best testimonial is that when I encounter legal questions Mr. Gagic is the first person I call. If it is not his area of expertise he offers quick referrals. If I ever again find myself in trouble at least I know I have a lawyer I can trust.

I was fighting for my career, was not from Arizona, needed knowledgable, effective legal council

I have had a disputed DUI case with the City of Scottsdale for the past 2 1/2 years. I had never had any previous experience with law enforcement or the judicial system, how they work. They can steer you into a situation where you cooperate because you think you are doing the "right thing" and very ...quickly you realize that you are in way over your head. At the time of my arrest, I hired an attorney that did more harm than good on several critical levels. I had to release my attorney. I lived in another state, had been poorly represented and my 20+ year career, livelihood and a fair day in court was on the line. I was fortunate enough to have found Vladimir Gagic, who immediately listened and was attentive to the specifics of my case. Within 24 hours, Vladimir had taken action and began moving my case forward. Vladimir quickly understood the dynamics of my case, explained the judicial process, and effectively built my case, while CONSISTENTLY keeping me well informed. Vladimir proves his professionalism immediately; Vladimir quickly gets results. He's diligent, demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail and tenacity. These are CRITICAL, traits you need from your attorney. I have learned from this experience. Getting legal representation in any legal situation like this is always recommended. Getting the RIGHT attorney is CRITICAL. I highly endorse and recommend Vladimir Gagic, for reliable, effective legal council.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. "defend yourself".

i just moved to Arizona. I got a Dui.(my 1st offense) and I Hired Vladimir Gagic. He painted the picture everything was going to be fine .-$4000.00 Later. i had to Plead Guilty. i had no knowledge of No Tolerance laws in the state of az.etc. But he did ! & he did not explain the nightmare i was... entering... Mr Gagic. suggested i plead guilty and do my 24 hour jail time in buckeye. Sheriff Joe A. Jail. omg. it was the worst experience. After all schools etc. required by law. what i got out of this. was that i should have done it by Myself. i think he (Gagic) cares more about being on T.V. then he does about his cases. after i gave my credit card i only communicated w/his secretary. i paid him to help me plea guilty. what a waste of Time& money. ( 6 months went by) i could have been done with this. and Tent city the worst. if you have to any jail time do it in your home town.

Joseph: I can assure you that I give all my clients my full and undivided attention. That is why all my clients have my cell phone number, and are free to call, text, and email me at their convenience. It is also why I am always willing to meet my clients to discuss their case in person, by phone or video conference. Since I graduated law school and have had the good fortune to represent people in criminal cases, I have always gone out of my way to speak to clients directly and handle their cases directly. That is why I am different from other firms where a person only gets to speak to the managing lawyer once at the initial consultation, but all the actual legal work is done by a brand new associate just out of law school. I speak my clients personally at every single meeting. I do the police interviews myself, as well as all the court hearings and MVD hearings. I read the police reports and speak to the prosecutors directly. I report back to my clients directly and send them audio files of all my investigative work if they so wish. I write all the substantive motions myself. Sometimes I have my secretary return administrative phone calls regarding scheduling and other routine matters, but I always communicate directly with clients regarding substantive matters. That is how I have always practiced, when I was public defender and now in private practice. Whenever someone hires me, I make it plain what service I provide and what outcome one can reasonably expect. I never embellish or mislead. And I have never, in over a decade of practicing law, "forced" anyone to plead guilty. As most people are aware, one cannot plead guilty to a crime unless they publicly state the choice to plead guilty is voluntary and freely done. I also always make it crystal clear that if someone does not wish to plead guilty, I am more than happy to take the case further, including trial. If I didn't want to take cases to trial, I wouldn't be a criminal defense attorney. Sometimes, however, clients do not wish to take a case to trial because the plea offer is not worth turning down. All I can do is offer my advice; I cannot and will not force anyone to make a particular choice. While I will go to the ends of the Earth to defend my clients, if someone is sentenced to jail, I cannot serve the sentence for them. If someone is sentenced to jail, then that person should serve that sentence honorably and with the knowledge he is abiding by society's laws. I fully believe in due process and the presumption of innocence. That is why I enlisted in the US Marine Corp, to defend our democracy. But the Rule of Law also means that once someone pleads guilty, that person has an obligation to pay that debt with dignity and without remorse. Joseph, I understand that this was traumatic event in your life and I hope that you will be able to bounce back fully after you put this event behind you. All the best, Vladimir
